How do I use my membership?

When you subscribe you will be sent a 'Welcome to the club' email. Now all you have to do is bring your car to our Wokingham location, show a member of staff your Welcome Email and they will give you a physical membership card that is linked to your vehicle. From this point onwards, just show your membership card when visiting for a wash and you will not have to pay on site again whilst being a member and enjoy the luxury of unlimited car washes, when ever you want.

Do you offer a multi-car discount?

Yes absolutely! If you have more than one car in your family, just select how many cars you have on the product page and you will get the following discounts automatically applied.

Yes, you can edit your membership subscript any time in your online account. Alternatively you can contact us and we will change your subscription for you.

Can I add any other specialist services?

Yes, when you are on site having your subscribed service. You can ask a member of the team to add any of our specialist services that are listed on the Services Board - these extras will be billed seperately on site and are seperate to your subscription.

Can I wash any car?

You have one subscription per car. We take your number plate and add that to your subscription. When you arrive on site your number plate and membership are checked to match.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel any time in your online account or by contacting us through the Contact Us form here. You are not tied into a 12 month contract.
